Bollinger MA
Bollinger MA is a trend based indicator that combines Moving Average and Bollinger Bands. It detects possible trend reversal of the market. The indicator gives traders visual information on the trend. The indicator shows the direction where the price will move.
Bollinger MA is the volatility of the market. When the bands widen, it indicates that the market becomes more volatile; and if the band contract, it indicates a less volatile period. If the market price breaks the upper band, it indicates that the market is overbought now, and we expect the price to go between in two bands again in the future. And if the market price breaks the lower band, it indicates that the market is oversold now, and we expect the price to go between in two bands again in the future.
