Amazing Trading Strategy with Olymp Trade Using Composite Indexes
Effective trading strategy with good trading results in our previous trades using basic strategy. This method combines two Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) and the Parabolic SAR for a quick 5-second trading duration. Let’s break down how to use this strategy effectively.
Understanding Market Trends
Before executing trades, it’s crucial to determine whether the market trend is upward or downward. We'll navigate through different currency pairs to find the best opportunities.
Identifying Uptrends/Downtrends
- EMA Analysis: When the two EMA lines are widely separated, and the trend line crosses the red EMA line, there’s a strong possibility that the trend will rise in the next 5 seconds.
- Execution: Once you identify this condition, initiate a trade expecting an upward movement.
- Chart Observation: In cases where the trend is downward and the two EMAs are distant from each other, look for a potential reversal.
- Crossing Signals: Wait for the trend line to cross the red EMA line. This signals a high chance for the trend to increase in the next 5 seconds.
Utilizing Parabolic SAR
- When the Parabolic SAR crosses below the yellow EMA line, it indicates a potential reversal opportunity for downward trades.
- Observe for crossing patterns of the Parabolic SAR with both EMA lines before making a decision to trade lower.
Trading Execution Tips
- Multiple Indicators: Use the three indicators (two EMAs and Parabolic SAR) to confirm trade signals. This strengthens your chances of success.
- Momentum Waiting: Patience is key. Wait for strong momentum before executing trades, especially when trends indicate reversals.
